The Becton Story
August 2002 ten random guys were placed into Becton Resident Hall at
NCSU. Soon after meeting everyone we realized that we were about to
embark on an adventure that no one would know the conclusion too. I
first met my roommate Ben Fulk on move in day, soon after (three days)
Mike Sinkovitz was pretty much disgusted with his roommate, so aside
from sleeping he spent a minamal amount of time in his room. He first
started hanging out with Wallace and Dirito. I first met Wallace and
Dirito by walking into their room and standing behind them while they
worked on their computers, then yelling and running out. " I hope that guy
doesn't come back in. Is he weird or what"(Dirito, Beach Trip 2003) As
you can see their first impression of me wasn't that great (as i now find
out). So as of right now there are five of us: Ben, Wallace, Dirito, Mike
and myself. I remember the first time we all met Jizzard, someone had a
computer problem and by word of mouth we realized he was a computer
wizard. Next came DA, I don't really know how any of us related to him,
but I know we all went to a party together and then started hanging out.
Along with DA came Kevin, Kevin would have hung out with us a lot more
but for the most part he was at home with his girl (which has him
whipped). Not too long after that we started playing "Halo" an X-Box
game which brought the last two members into the group. Plaisted and
Kenny were the beast-mode players of Halo and dominated us all. So
that's basically how we all met and now are living in suit 302 in Bowen
Hall.
